Genshin Stella Mod - Terms of Use and Subscription Rules

Stella Mod Software was created to enhance your experience in Genshin Impact. Using the Software, and if applicable the Stella Mod Plus subscription, requires compliance with the terms listed below. If you have any questions, please visit the technical support page.

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This document (hereinafter: the "Terms") defines the rules for using the Genshin Stella Mod Software and the terms of providing services under the Stella Mod Plus subscription.
  2. The Software is an independent project created by Sefinek and is not affiliated with or sponsored by HoYoverse, miHoYo Co., Ltd., Cognosphere PTE. LTD., or any other entity.
  3. Using the Software signifies acceptance of these Terms of Use and the End-User License Agreement (EULA).
  4. The Terms apply to all Users regardless of their country of residence. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.

§2. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. The User agrees to use the Software in accordance with the law, the EULA, and these Terms.
  2. It is prohibited to:
    • a) modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software,
    • b) attempt to bypass technical or licensing protections,
    • c) use the Software in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose,
    • d) use cracks, patches, or other tools that interfere with the code,
    • e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to paid features,
    • f) resell the Software.
  3. Violating the above provisions may result in permanent loss of access to the Software.

§3. UPDATES AND COMPATIBILITY

  1. The User is required to use the latest version of the Software to ensure safety and compatibility with current versions of Genshin Impact.
  2. Older versions of the Software are not supported. Using them may cause errors or loss of functionality.

§4. STELLA MOD PLUS SUBSCRIPTION

  1. A Stella Mod Plus subscription grants access to additional Software features depending on the purchased tier. Available features and their behavior may vary by tier and may change over time at the sole discretion of the Author.
  2. The paid portion of the Software (Stella Mod Plus) is subject to the service terms described in these Terms. Free users do not receive any rights to paid features unless they purchase and activate a subscription according to the rules set by the Author.
  3. The paid license:
    • a) is assigned to a specific User,
    • b) may only be activated on devices belonging to the same household, defined as a shared place of residence or hardware usage among family-related individuals,
    • c) covers the number of devices included in the purchased tier (up to a maximum of 3 devices). The activation limit may vary depending on the tier and may be changed in the future.
  4. Account registration and authentication:
    • a) A user account is required to manage the subscription. The User may register via email or log in using external services (Discord, Google, Twitter, Twitch, Microsoft).
    • b) By using OAuth2 authentication providers, the User also accepts their respective terms and privacy policies.
    • c) When linking an account with Discord, subscribers may automatically receive roles on the official Stella Mod Discord server.
  5. Sharing, sublicensing, or granting license access to individuals outside the household is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass technical, functional, or licensing limitations will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate loss of access to the Software without the right to a refund.
  6. The subscription is temporary and valid only for its active duration. After expiration or cancellation, the User loses access to paid features with no right to a refund for unused time.

§4a. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  1. Stella Mod Plus subscriptions constitute a digital service delivered immediately after payment. Using the paid version signifies consent to receiving the service before the statutory withdrawal period, resulting in the loss of the right to a refund.
  2. Payments are processed through external providers (Stripe) in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. All subscription prices are listed in the currency displayed on the sales page.
  3. Refunds may be considered individually only in cases of:
    • a) technical errors during payment processing,
    • b) malfunction of the subscription system preventing the use of the Software,
    • c) other exceptional circumstances recognized by the Author.
  4. The Author reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel a subscription in cases of detected abuse, rule violations, or attempts to bypass the licensing system, without obligation to issue refunds.

§5. CHANGES, VIOLATIONS, AND CONSEQUENCES

  1. The Author reserves the right to modify the features, usage rules, or subscription model without prior notice.
  2. Violating the Terms, EULA, or other project documents may result in:
    • a) temporary or permanent loss of access to the Software,
    • b) cancellation of the subscription without the right to a refund,
    • c) banning the User's account.
  3. The Author is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use, incorrect configuration, or unlawful modifications of the Software.

§6. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Author may suspend, limit, or discontinue providing online services at any time, including license verification functions.
  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Software will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Author's place of business.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in loss of access to the Software or Stella Mod Plus subscription. The Author reserves the right to take technical or legal action to protect the integrity of the project and the game Genshin Impact.
